Keep Humor

The world is a serious place in which humanity is grappling with significant issues. There is also humor to be found in the absurdity of our condition. In fact, rather than detracting from our most worthwhile endeavors, affiliative humor and self-enhancing humor have both been found to strengthen social bonds, improving our ability to tackle the challenges of life.
